Any damages that have been caused during the shipment while returning the device are Unacceptable. If we find the device in the original condition at the time of it's selling, we will provide full refund back to original payment method. A refund processing generally takes about 5-7 business days to get full money back.

If a customer fails to return the device within 30 days boundary period, without worrying they still have an option to use our 5 extra days grace period to return the device. Once we receive the device back we will process full refund after verifying all the necessary information.
